Ordering and Delivery

I purchased express delivery but it has been longer than the advertised 1-3 working days since dispatch and i still haven’t received my order?

All of the timescales advertised by us can only unfortunately be expected timescales for delivery from dispatch date. Unfortunately on occasions and at certain time periods throughout the year such as Christmas, timescales can alter slightly and there could be slight delays in you receiving your parcel. 

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If an order has already been processed and dispatched then unfortunately there is no way to be able to cancel your order.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. If you do have any requirements for alterations such as additional products to be added to order or to change a certain type of sweet then please do contact us at contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk as soon as possible as we can look into this for you. 

If you require additional products to be added to your order then it may be possible to additionally charge you for the extra products only and include these within your original order to save additional postage costs.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently Sweet Treats UK only ships to Mainland UK.

How much is shipping?

What company do you use to ship my order?

Currently we use Royal Mail to send all of our parcels but on occasions we do also use other companies such as Hermes, DPD etc.

It has been more than 7 days since my order was dispatched?

If it has been 7 days or more since your order was dispatched from us then it is highly likely that your order has been lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us at contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk and we can enquire with our shipping company as to what has happened. 

If your order has been lost or damaged in transit then Sweet Treats UK will give a full refund within 7 working days of when the shipping company confirm this. It will be at the discretion of Sweet Treats UK as to if a replacement is sent out.

 

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we do offer FREE shipping to any orders which are over £40. If your order is over £40 then FREE shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

I have a discount code and it is not working, what should i do?

If you are trying to redeem a discount code and it is not working. Please double check it fits all criteria e.g expiry date hasn't passed, valid on product you are trying to purchase. 

If the discount code meets all the criteria and still isn't working please contact us at contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk and we will be more than happy to resolve the problem.

Sweets

I am after a specific Sweet but I don’t see it on your website?

Sweet Treats UK are always investing in new sweets and adding to our range so that we can supply the widest range possible to you. If you do not see a specific sweet on our website please get in touch via our social media platforms or by contacting contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk and we would be more than happy to look into it for you.

What is the shelf life on your sweets?

All of our sweets are stored in air tight containers to keep them fresh for as long as possible and all of our orders are bagged up freshly when you order.

The shelf life of our sweets are 12-18 months but we recommend that once they are bagged up that they are consumed within 4 weeks of you purchasing them.

If you want to order certain products for a seasonal event i.e christmas please contact us directly at contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk as we would be more than happy for you to pre-order the items so that they can be sent to you nearer the event so that they are as fresh as possible.

A few of my sweets are a little damaged, can i have a refund?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the variety of sweets we have some of the sweets can be more dellicate than others and could potentially be damaged in transit. Due to this Sweet Treats UK will not be able to offer a partial or full refund. 

If there is damage to your order which you believe should require a partial refund please do get in contact and we will review the situation. 

I have purchased a create your own bag, can i alter which sweets i picked?

If you have purchased a create your own pick and mix bag and you wish to alter some of the sweets you have picked please get in touch with us as soon as possible after ordering and we can review if this is possible. Any decisions to alter the sweets would be at the discretion of Sweet Treats UK.

If your order has already been processed then unfortunately we would not be able to alter any sweets.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

How do I return an item?

If you have products you need to return please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk and we will provide you with all of the relevant information such as returns address etc.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that this occurs please contact us at contact@sweettreatsuk.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your order number, photo evidence and reasoning behind your order not being how you expected it.
